Anglia had the saltiest lunch ever today. It was Minced Meat Noodles but maybe it could be renamed as Saline Noodles. The soup was actually bland but the powerfully salty minced meat paste caused the whole bowl to be anything but bland. The side dish which was cucumber was also soaked in salt. I can foresee a considerable loss of hair in the near future. (OH NO!)
Spotting Pepsi packaged in retro glass bottles, I had the impulse to get one because it is near to impossible to find in Singapore. Plus a bottle was sold at an insanely cheap price of 1 RMB. Somebody started blowing into the bottle and a note was produced. One by one we followed suit and in no time we found ourselves attempting to play the tune of Carlsberg’s theme song. Needless to say it was a failure but we had plenty of fun and will definitely practice and get the tune right before this trip ends.

Dinner was held in a new place as we were getting tired of the usual dishes. We shared 4 dishes among the 8 of us and had trouble finishing them, which goes to show that this country serves large portions even for the rice. I had Pepsi in the retro glass bottle again despite feeling unwell. As luck would have it, I now officially have a runny nose. My proud record of staying healthy despite being around 3 ailing friends is completely crushed.
The night was spent brainstorming for the Design Studio project. We were productive in our own ways. Identifying an issue and formulating its approach should not be done at unearthly hours such as 2AM.
