DAY 10

Breakfast consisted of bread and strawberry jam, served with chopsticks. Anglia is truly living the Chinese way of life. By the end of these 52 days, my chopsticks skill should increase in level.

Lunch took place in a small restaurant located in the border of the school ground. It was our lecturer’s treat, hooray! The food was nice; they weren’t the typical salty dishes that are abundant in this country.

What awaited us after lunch were 3 consecutive lectures. The last 2 lectures (Product and Quality Management In Design Practice & Theory of Design) were in video form, recorded in our design studio back in Singapore Polytechnic. The school specifically sent the lectures as a DVD through courier mail to us so that we would not miss out on any module’s lectures. Having lecture through video was amusing to say the least, though I hope they could improve the sound quality.
